Drop Off Your Documents At Our Office
Previous Client
Drop off your documents with one of our tax professionals. Please include information regarding any changes in personal information, tax circumstances, and include a contact phone number.
A Tax Preparer will contact you once they receive your dropped off information and start your tax return.
New Client
Step 1: Authorize the Tax Shelter as a representative using your CRA My Account by following the link below.
Step 2: Print Client information form and fill out all applicable information and include it with your documents at the time of drop off. Please bring a photo ID.

If you are unable to print we can provide these forms at the door when submitting your documents.
Upload your Documents From Anywhere
Upload your documents online using a home computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
Previous Client
Select Previous Client Upload if you have been to the Tax Shelter in 1 of the past 3 years. This will guide you through the process of uploading your tax documents.
A Tax Preparer will contact you once they receive your uploaded information and start your tax return.
Select New Client Upload if you are a first time client or have not been a client in the last 3 years. This will guide you through the process of uploading your personal information, tax documents and Authorizing the Tax Shelter as a representative with the Canada Revenue Agency.
Step 1: Authorize the Tax Shelter as a representative using your CRA My Account by following the link below.
When the 2 steps are complete, your file will be place in our queue and a tax preparer will contact you when they start working on your tax return. Wait times vary depending on volume.
